30-Day Return Policy for Arose Health
At Arose Health, we want you to love your skincare experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy to ensure your confidence when shopping with us.
Eligibility for Returns:
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging.
• Only gently used or unopened items are eligible for a return or refund.
• Items purchased on sale or as part of a bundle may not be eligible for a return or refund. Please refer to the specific terms of the promotion.
How to Initiate a Return:
1. Contact us at arosehealthbeauty@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
2. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and further instructions.
3. Ship the product back to us using the address provided.
Refunds:
• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective product).
Exchanges:
• We do not currently offer exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please process a return and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items:
• Gift cards.
• Items marked as final sale.
